yland school board re-assessing flier policies after losing appeal. The case centered on school refusing to distribute a flier for a Christian fellowship group, though fliers for local sports leagues and the like were allowed. Seems to me that backpack express should be for school events and school news only anyway. Let's make sure the parent group baby is not thrown out with this bathwater.
