Free Food
Treat faculty members to a special lunch or breakfast during the week. Many PTOs prepare daily lunches with different themes, each sponsored by a different grade. You might give teachers a small gift or hold a drawing for a prize donated by a local business.

Love Letters
Collect handwritten notes from parents and students describing what they like about their teacher. You can make a scrapbook for each employee or compile all the notes and print a booklet for everyone to read.

Teacher Perks
Supply gourmet coffee and flavored creamers for the break room. Put some nice hand soap and supersoft toilet tissue in the staff restroom. Small touches like these can make a big difference.
