I created this letter with the help of many ideas from letters that others shared on the PTO Today message board. I made a tri-fold pamphlet for Back to School and this letter was the inside. I've also uploaded the tri-fold pamphlet.

Movie Night Snack Ticket
We laminate these to use each year. We give each person one as they come in the door. (or so many for each family member to the parent)
Everyone can have one free snack and beverage and we charge 25 cents after that.

Holiday House Make & Take Craft Shop
We used to hold this event at school but joined forces with another community activity. The results were a smash success.

Donuts with Dads flier
We sell Krispy Kremes the week before this event. We pick them up from the nearest KK, which is 250 miles away, on the Monday morning before. Parents who order pick up that morning. We keep the donuts for Donuts with Dads in our cars until needed, which acts like freezers, since we are in northern Michigan. :)
