Booth ideas for Carnival

I have made a jail our of a refridgerator box and decorated it with wanted posters of staff and the principal. The hardest part of this booth is making the jail. The volunteers are dressed as sheriff's. The child/adult pays a ticket to have someone arrested and brought to the jail, the person can pay a fine or do the time. We charged more for the principal and for favorite teachers. The thing I liked the best was that if was all profit!!!

We had a book walk. We had asked for the families of the school to donate gently used books. we then had the numbers on the floor, played the music, then drew a number. The winner got to pick a book. Had way more than enough books and could give multiple prizes a game. Work just like a cake walk, only with books. We were one of the busiest games.

We did all the same ones as 3kansas. We also had bowling and crafts.

once more, we also had a balloon booth. Did helium a couple years ago but had problems with the older kids sucking the helium so this last year we got a local woman to make the balloon animals and such.

we just had our 5th annual carnival this past year. some of our games were a picture booth, decorated (took polaroid pictures, if you have the money up front and can afford to purchase the film, this was a popular booth), football toss, basketball shoot, plinko, needle in a hay stack, pop toss, lasso the cow, tic tac toe, peddle tractor races, dance dance revolution, and cake walk. we also serve a meal for $3.50 and have a snack table with popcorn, pop and cotton candy. the kids have a blast!
