You may try a bean bag toss, an old piece of plywood painted in your theme with holes cut out, each hole has points. the number of points gets prize that matches. (small gift for all players).

We have a local guy bring his pony for pony rides. We have a find the pencil in the haystack. We have done a cake walk and last year a candy bar walk. Each class is responsible for a booth. One year, Pet smart donated a bunch of gold fish and we did games and the kids could win gold fish. Balloon darts are iffy, we do them but our vice principal runs that booth, to be on the safe side. They do have soft tipped darts you can buy.

Our local law enforcement brings cars, K-9 unit, helicopter, and other stuff. They also hand out stickers and carnival tickets we give them. If you have an officer from your area or neighborhood that is familiar with your school and parents, that is best.

The irony of commitment is that it’s deeply liberating-in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that likes to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation. To commit is to remove your head as the barrier to your life. --Anne Morris

Contact your fire dept. They could provide a fire truck. Ours also has a 'Smoke house' simulator. They will also 'blast' the kids with the water hose and for younger kids, a 'sparky' a remote fire hydrant.

A dunking booth - ours come from the Jaycees

A Plinko game was a fun one at our school. Maybe you could get a couple parents to loan basketball hoops the little tykes kind. If you get so many baskets out of so many tries you get a prize that was another game. For real young ones we did a duck pond with numbers on the bottom of the duck for the prize they get. The good old cake walk that is a favorite. Well hope that gives you a couple ideas.

We did a hayride that worked out great. The kids really enjoyed it the most. We used a tractor to pull a trailer.
