Here's what we use. Hope this helps. Once we get them back, I make a spreadsheet with all the names and contact information. Then I sort by volunteer interest. Then, I email to the staff who needs those volunteers (librarian, office staff, art teacher, etc.). The General and Special Events volunteers are who we (the PTA) call when we need help with projects. We usually get about 150-200 flyers back - which is a really good base of volunteers to pull from. Pretend the "flyer" below is centered and in a pretty font :0)

Library – can you spare some time to read to the classes or restock the library books? Our librarian could use some extra helpers all throughout the week.
