So while I thought there were no notes to go from, for some reason the front office was told they were handleing the fundrasiers and they paniced! The short of the long, a former teacher now focusing on Community Service and Grants called me asking for our help and I laughed and told him I never said No, just needed more info! Crazy.

Oh and check this out! I just brought home 3 BOXES of info from the former cordnator! CRAZY! Talk about notes! I spent tonight perging everything down to 1 important box.

Now....tomorrow....committee!!!!

Where's the notes?!! I get made fun of for being a pack rat but I but the new pres may appreciate that being as he didn't expect to be the new pres.

I thought you had a photographic memory mykids. LOL! Oh well starting from scratch is a bit of a job but it can be done and maybe better than before. Just tell whoever is in charge "PLEASE KEEP NOTES!!" And if you are in charge, make a not to self, but don't lose it.

Locate all the exits... No wait... The baggies will fall down... No wait... Put your head between your knees...

I'd make a list of fundraisers then start with chairpersons and planning guides for each.

.....and that is also on the list of "things to do"!

This week has been one of really seeing how much no one really knows about what needs to be done or what anyone has done with any of the fundraisers that we have done over 5 years! Most of the original coordinators are gone or moved and and not being very helpful.

In the meantime, I am thinking about calling the reps from E-books, Sally Foster etc to talk to them and learn what the heck needs to be done!

I've missed you guys.

Why not have a fundraising committe? The committee could split into sub committees-one for the school and one for the PTO. Or am I totally missing the point?
