no cost fundraisers

Hi folks,

I'd like to weigh in on this thread and ask that community members keep discussions to issues and topics and provide general information and tips. It works best for everyone when the boards are not used to promote products or services.

To add to the discussion, we would say that many retailers and grocery stores offer the type of "no cost'' fundraiser the original poster was asking about. Also, many local restaurants will host an evening that you can promote at your school where the restaurant will give you a percentage of total sales from your parents and families. (You just need to encourage them to go eat there on a particular night).

Thanks so much for your cooperation,

Rose C.

One Way to have a no cost fundraiser is to join Igive.com.
This is an online mall with thousands of stores who will give a portion of sales to your school, They are big name on line stores like Amazon, Hilton Hotels, American Airlines and many others. You can find out more by going here.

Plus it can be done anywhere in North America and even people who are not a part of your PTO can jump in.

Yes, in many cases they cost less per use. And always superior quality. :)

Are the basic necessities the same (or close to) price as a regular store?

How about showing people a store where they can shop for their basic necessities - only green and more cost effective - and the store gives back 5% to your PTO. Its genius and I can show you how. Just email me your number and a best time to call and I'll give you a shout. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
