home interior has a new line for fundraising, we have always used them and found peopl really enjoyed the candle idea right before the holidays as they would get them for gifts.

We use Home Interiors for our Candle Fundraiser. We have a very low income school and were still able to raise over $3500 last year. If you go to their website, you can probably locate a consultant in your area.

We have done a candle sale every year for a number of years and our profits are always good. The company we have used the last few years has some really questionable business practices so I'm looking for someone new. The thing is our kids have gotten used to the large prize program that the last company provided and we are not in any position to try to duplicate that. How much of a fundraiser is driven by prize incentives do you think? What would be a good alternative to the prize program that existed before where you earned prizes based on number of items sold.

I have always been pleased with the service and quality of Home Interior. The size of the jar candle and the scents to choose from are great! One of the parents in our school sold Home Interior so it was great to deal with a local person who had vested interest in the school. She took care of all the details including distributing the brochures, picking up the order forms and delivering the candles. We always sold them right before the holidays and made about $7200.

:D We have not done it at our school but my daughter's cheerleading team did a candle sale with La Tee Da candle company. They gave a nice amount of profit back to the team and their products are wonderful. Many buyers who were more then pleased with the product. They can be a little pricey compared to other companies but well worth the money. I hope this helps.
