I elected not to pursue anything with them based on feedback from my daughter who said that most kids want to pick out their own folders, and feedback from teachers that most people would rather go shopping at Walmart.
They do tend to have good prices and offer this as a fundraising option to PTOs or schools and provide an option to get a limited amount of supplies at a steep discount for those that cannot afford it.
The down side is you have to make up your mind, sign a contract in early spring, and order before school is out for the next year. This means you need uniform supplies lists defined before end of the year teacher tunrover occurs.
This might be easier in private schools which requires uniformity, or in areas where people don't live from paycheck to paycheck, and have little time or availability to shopping.
I hope this works for you, it was just an uphill battle for me, not worth fighting.
