KA--- I know you can do what you are asking for. I am looking at PTO manager for a city wide project and talked to Mike S. with PTO Today. I am sure he will contact you to walk you though it.

I have just started looking at Finance Manager for our PTO. We currently are the PTO for three buildings, but may be adding as many as four more next year. I haven't signed up for the free trial yet, because I'm waiting for our organization to be finalized first -- since the trial is for just one month.
My question is, would there be the capability to track finances by building? I currently use Quicken and the level of detail in categories works well, although the reports available are not very user friendly and I end up copying info into Excel for reports. The big advantage I see with Finance Manager would be the capability for all of our individual building vice presidents to view budget reports online. I'm hoping they would be able to view just their building, rather than having to wade thru everything...

I just signed up for the PTO Manager Trail Offer and the registration process was quick and easy. Within an hour I had all our schools’ PTO volunteers, teachers, and events entered. The program looks like a great way to help us communicate to volunteers and manage up coming events. The Finance Manger also appears to be a great tool for budget and looks easier to use then Quicken.

Our Parents Club is very interestd in getting a free trial of this software. I have been a member to the message boards for almost a year and I have found them to be very helpful. This is my second year of being on our school board and I do not mind being on the board however one person can't do the job alone....so I am hoping that the software trial will show me some guidance on how to get more volunteers and get more help.
